Our story started with Mila, a timid rescue pup who taught Jacob Robertson that grooming can feel very different when a dog is met with patience, kindness, and one-on-one care.

OUR STORY
Mila changed the way we think about grooming.
When Jacob adopted Mila, she was a shy rescue pup who came home from early grooming visits overwhelmed and shaking. The experience made one thing clear: there had to be a better way for dogs who need calm, familiar, patient care.
So Fur Sure was built around a different rhythm. No cages. No salon queue. No handoff from person to person. Just one dog, one groomer, and one appointment designed around comfort as much as appearance.

Jacob Robertson is the lead groomer and owner of Fur Sure Grooming. He built the business around the belief that every dog deserves to be handled with patience, respect, and clear communication.
He has a special heart for anxious dogs, senior dogs, rescue dogs, blind dogs, and special needs dogs who may struggle in a traditional salon. Fur Sure gives those dogs a quieter setup, a familiar person, and a grooming pace that listens to what the dog can handle.
