Welcome to the Fur Sure Grooming Co website (the “Site”). Fur Sure Grooming Co (“Fur Sure Grooming,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile dog grooming and spa services in the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Certain services available through links on this Site, including online booking, client account management, payment processing, and communication preferences, may be provided through third-party service providers such as MoeGo and may be subject to additional terms and policies.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on the Site unless otherwise stated. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
You may browse this Site regardless of age. However, you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, to book grooming services, authorize charges, or create a customer account through our third-party booking provider.
By booking services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make decisions regarding the pet for whom services are requested.
4. Third-Party Booking and Client Accounts
Online booking, client registration, appointment management, payment processing, communication preferences, and certain customer-account features may be provided through MoeGo or another third-party service provider.
When you access these services, you may leave the Fur Sure Grooming website or interact with technology operated by a third party. Your use of those services may be subject to that provider’s own terms of use, privacy policy, and account requirements.
Fur Sure Grooming does not control the security, availability, or operation of third-party account systems. However, Fur Sure Grooming may receive and use information submitted through those systems as necessary to schedule and provide grooming services, communicate with customers, process transactions, maintain business records, and otherwise operate our business as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, Fur Sure Grooming Co owns all intellectual property rights in the content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software.
License to Use
You may view and use content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license any material from the Site without our explicit permission.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any trademark without written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
Responsibility
If you post, upload, or otherwise submit any content to the Site, you are solely responsible for such content. You must ensure that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant Fur Sure Grooming Co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages criminal conduct or violates any law.

In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree not to:

- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any unauthorized purpose.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including booking, payment, mapping, social-media, and other technology providers.
Our online booking and customer-account functionality is currently provided through MoeGo. When you use MoeGo or another third-party service, your use of that service is also subject to the third party’s applicable terms, privacy policy, and practices.
Fur Sure Grooming is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or independent privacy practices of third-party platforms. This does not affect Fur Sure Grooming’s responsibility for personal information that we receive and process for our own business purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Site Provided "As Is"
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
No Endorsement
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content posted by third parties on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fur Sure Grooming does not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fur Sure Grooming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fur Sure Grooming harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver, Colorado for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms.
13. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Fur Sure Grooming regarding your use of this Site.
These Website Terms do not replace separate terms, waivers, service agreements, booking conditions, cancellation policies, veterinary authorizations, or other agreements that may apply to grooming services or your use of a third-party booking platform.
14. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
SMS Program Name
Fur Sure Grooming Service Communications
Program Description
Fur Sure Grooming Co uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers regarding grooming appointments, service-related notifications, and customer support.
Service-related SMS messages may include appointment scheduling communications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment changes or updates, service notifications, account or appointment notifications, and one-to-one customer care communications.
How Customers Opt In
Customers may opt in to receive service-related SMS communications through Fur Sure Grooming's MoeGo-powered online booking and client registration process.
During the MoeGo booking or client-registration process, customers may provide a mobile telephone number and are presented with the applicable terms, privacy disclosures, and communication preferences.
As part of the booking and client setup process, customers are presented with communication preferences. Customers who wish to receive service-related text messages must actively select SMS as a communication channel for Service-related notifications.
Service-related communication preferences are managed separately from marketing communication preferences.
Customers may review or change their service-related communication preferences at any time through the Communication section of their MoeGo client portal. SMS may be enabled or disabled independently from other available communication channels.
Marketing Messages
Marketing SMS messages are managed separately from service-related notifications.
Where marketing SMS is offered, customers are presented with a separate optional consent for marketing text messages. Customers may decline marketing SMS messages without affecting their ability to book, purchase, or receive grooming services.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing Fur Sure Grooming services.
Types of Service-Related Messages
Customers who select SMS for service-related notifications may receive messages including:
- Appointment scheduling communications
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellation communications
- Service-related updates and notifications
- Account or appointment notifications
- Customer care and one-to-one responses to customer questions or requests
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on customer activity, scheduled appointments, and customer-support interactions.
Customers generally receive a confirmation when an appointment is booked and may receive appointment reminder messages approximately 24 hours and 1 hour before a scheduled appointment.
Additional messages may be sent when necessary regarding appointment scheduling, appointment changes, service updates, or in response to customer-support requests.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Fur Sure Grooming Co is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opt Out / STOP
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Fur Sure Grooming at any time by replying STOP to a text message.
After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS messages covered by your opt-out unless you subsequently provide consent again.
Customers may also manage their service-related SMS preferences through the Communication settings in their MoeGo client portal.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by your mobile carrier, device, network availability, or service plan.
Privacy and Mobile Information
Fur Sure Grooming Co respects the privacy of customers who participate in our SMS messaging program.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers acting on behalf of Fur Sure Grooming when reasonably necessary to provide messaging, appointment scheduling, customer communication, technology, or related business services.
